How to make Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Spinach and Goat Cheese recipe #38

How to make Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Spinach and Goat Cheese recipe

Sure, here is a recipe for bacon-wrapped stuffed chicken breasts with spinach and goat cheese:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 8 slices bacon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness.
  3. In a small bowl, combine goat cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and spinach.
  4. Spread goat cheese mixture over chicken breasts.
  5. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon.
  6. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
  8. Serve immediately.

Tips:

  • You can use any type of cheese you like in this recipe. I like to use goat cheese because it has a mild flavor that pairs well with spinach and bacon.
  • If you don't have Parmesan cheese, you can use any type of hard cheese.
  • You can also use fresh spinach in this recipe. Just be sure to cook it until it is wilted.
  • You can also cook these chicken breasts in the air fryer. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  • These chicken breasts are a great make-ahead meal. You can assemble them ahead of time and refrigerate them for up to 24 hours. When you are ready to cook them, simply remove them from the refrigerator and bake or air fry them as directed.
